We want you to love your journal—but we understand things happen.

Returns

Because each journal is printed on demand, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please double-check your order before checking out.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your journal arrives damaged, misprinted, or contains a manufacturing fault, we’re happy to make it right.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear, unedited photos of the issue

  • We will assess each case fairly and in good faith

We reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement if the claim appears inconsistent, incomplete, or not aligned with the original order.
